A.No.3980 of 2024 in O.P.No.413 of 2013 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

Initially the petitioner has filed O.P.No.413 of 2013 for issuance of succession certificate with power to collect the debts and securities and to receive interest/dividend and negotiate and transfer the securities of the deceased C.T.Ramasamy Chettiar in the schedule mentioned properties.

2. After following the procedure, the O.P was allowed on 16.10.2014.

3. Subsequent to the order, it is now come into light i.e., 3 deposits namely Aditya Birla Viral Capital, Aditya Birla Sunlife Tax Relief and Shriram City Union Finance Limited and seeks for the extension of the order.

4. Perused the affidavit. The typed set of papers showing the notice of the document but they are not included in the previous petition.

5. In the interest of justice, this petition is allowed.
