ORDER
The writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order of the 3rd Respondent dated 30.03.2012 and quash the same as illegal and direct the Respondents to settle the monetary benefits excluding payments as on date, to the petitioner.
2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has passed away and nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.
