WRIT Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorari, calling for the records on the files of the second respondent in S.A.No.234 of 2014 dated 01.01.2018 and quash the same as being without jurisdiction, authority of law and contrary to the Principles of natural justice.

2. On similar circumstances, while holding that order of Debts Recovery Tribunal, is appealable under Section 17(1) of the SARFAESI Act, we dismissed W.P.Nos.1946 to 1948 of 2018 vide order dated 31.01.2018.

3. M.P.Rajavelu, learned counsel on record seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petitions. He has also made a endorsement to that effect. Placing on record the above, W.P.Nos.2065 and 2066 of 2018, are dismissed. No leave is granted to file fresh writ petitions challenging the order impugned.

No Costs.

Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
