These petitions are filed (i) to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the petition to set-aside the order of abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent (ii) to set-aside the order of the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent (iii) to bring on record the legal heir of the deceased first respondent in the above Second Appeal.

2. Mr.C.Venkatesan, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents 4 to 9 did not raise any serious objection in allowing the petitions.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.
