Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Delete the Petitioner / 1st Respondent namely, the Principal Secretary to Government, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, Secretariat, Chennai-9 from the Cause Title of the above Writ Petition on the grounds of mis-joinder of the parties (in WMP.No.9480/17 in WP.No.5631/16)and;
(ii) to delete the petitioner / 2nd respondent namely, the Principal Secretary to Government, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, Secretariat, Chennai-9 from the cause title of the above Writ petition on the grounds of mis-joinder of the parties (in WMP.No.9481/17 in WP.No.5632/16) respectively.
Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.SANKARAN Advocate RESPONDENT IN WMP.NO.9480/17 in WP.No.5631/16 and petitioner in WMP.No.9480/17 in WP.No.5361/16 and respondent in WMP.No.9481/17 in WP.No.5632/16 not appearing in either in person or by an advocate the court made the following order:- The deletion petitions at this point of time need not be considered and the grounds raised in the deletion petitions can be raised during the final hearing of the writ petitions. Accordingly, these deletion petitions stand dismissed.
