The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore to expedite the trial proceedings in C.C.No.712 of 2017 in Crime No.42 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial and complete the same as early as possible

3. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the issue, this petition is disposed of by directing the Trial Court to dispose of C.C.No.712 of 2017 i Crime No.42 of 2015 expeditiously as possible as per seniority of the case.
