Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to complete the conciliation proceedings on the petitioner's Conciliation Petition Na.Ka.No.Aa/163/2021 dated 31.03.2021.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to complete the conciliation proceedings on the petitioner's Conciliation Petition Na.Ka.No.Aa/163/2021 dated 31.03.2021.

2. No counter affidavit has been filed.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 / TNEB submitted that the respondents Board will cooperate for the conciliation proceedings.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the conciliation proceedings is pending with the fourth respondent and therefore, this Court may give suitable direction to the fourth respondent to conclude the said proceedings.

5. In the light of the said submission, this Court directs the fourth respondent to conclude the conciliation proceedings on the petitioner's conciliation petition No. Na.Ka.No.Aa/163/2021 dated 31.03.2021, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it not already disposed of, after giving opportunity to the parties concerned.
