R.Safna v. No Respondent

2024-04-26Honourable Ms Justice R.N.Manjula2 pages

A.P.No.1896 of 2024 Application No.1896 of 2024 in O.P.No.88 of 2023 R.N.MANJULA, J.

The limited point on which this application filed is to that the petitioner should be permitted to receive the balance sale consideration of Rs.16,00,000/-, (Rupees Sixteen Lakhs only) in view of the fact that the documents marked by the petitioner vide Ex.P.19 to Ex.P.22 were not discussed in the order. However, the learned counsel does not make out any relevancy as to those documents and the order regarding the minor share to be deposited. Whatever documents relevant to those case have been discussed and the order has been passed. The petitioner has no grievance on the order permitting the sale of the minor's share.

2. I do not find any reason to entertain this application and this Application stands dismissed.
