PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24413 of 2024 on 03.10.2024 in Cr.No.430 of 2024 on the condition that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24413 of 2024 on 03.10.2024 in Cr.No.430 of 2024 on the condition that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph 6(a) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24413 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
