Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Declaration or any other Writ order or direction in the nature of Writ Declaring the pattas in patta Nos.700 and 2027 issued by the 10th respondent in the year 2006 for the lands in S.Nos.726/16A, 726/3, 726/7, 727/2B, 728/1A, 729/9B, 755/3A and 726/12 deleting the name of the perfected joint title holder namely P.Ramasamy, S/o.Palani Gounder, previous vendors of the petitioner herein in the sale deed in Document No.10093/2006 on the file of the 3rd respondent and fraudulent, bogus, forged, unenforceable in law and illegal and consequently forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from allowing the respondents 5 to 9 in any manner encumbering the property to the extent of 23 3⁄4 cents in S.F.No.728/1A, in Neelambur Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District.
