This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to afford police protection to the petitioners for their peaceful living.

2.It is stated by the petitioners that their son married the second respondent as per Islamic Rites and Customs, however due to some misunderstanding, both of them were separated by way of Talak and their marriage came to an end, and a Certificate of Talak was also issued by the Chief Kazi, Government of Tamil Nadu on 21.12.2016. In spite of issuance of such certificate, the second respondent suddenly broke open and entered the house of the petitioners on 31.12.2016 without any justification https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

whatsoever. In this connection, the petitioners made a complaint dated 04.02.2017 to the first respondent. Since the same has not been considered, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the respondent police had already kept the Police Inspection Register in the premises of the petitioners visiting the petitioners' place often, so as to avoid any unnecessary quarrel between the parties. 4.Recording the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
