This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the above Appeal.

2. Dr.B.Ramaswamy, learned Senior Panel Counsel, who takes notice for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
