1. The detenue, Ms.Vajitha has been produced. We interviewed her. Ms.Vajitha, says that she does not wish to return to the petitioner.

2. The petitioner claims to have married the detenue. The petitioner and the detenue belong to two different religions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Given the circumstances, that the detenue is a major and has expressed her view, which is, that she does not wish to return to the petitioner, we have no option but to close the petition. Accordingly, the petition is closed. The petitioner would be at liberty to take recourse to an appropriate remedy, in accordance with the law.
