Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent dated 24.11.2021 in proceeding Na.Ka.No.4859/2021/U.Va.6 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 10.12.2021 and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

Mr.Veerasamy, learned counsel today accepts notice for R2 and Mr.Ramkumar, learned counsel, for R3 to R6. However, Mr.Vadivelu Deenadayalan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who had earlier accepted notice on behalf of R1, has been prompt in obtaining the status of the matter. He states that R2 has, in fact, disposed the appeal filed by the petitioner on 09.02.2022, confirming the order of R1 dated 24.11.2021. 2.With this, the present Writ Petition is rendered infructuous and is closed as such, as are connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions. No costs.

3. A copy of this order will be furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner for onward transmission to the petitioner.
