While learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an adjournment, learned Government Advocate submits that G.O.(Ms)No.53, Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme Department, dated 11.04.2005 has been superseded by G.O.(Ms)No.25 dated 14.03.2013 and G.O.(Ms)No.13 dated 02.03.2016.

Consequently, he submits that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Since learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to obtain instructions in this regard, list after two (2) weeks.
