ORDER

The contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of Court by disobeying the order of this Court dated 29.01.2015 passed in W.P.No.280 of 2014.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.280 of 2014 has been complied with and in this regard, the respondent issued an order in proceedings dated 12.11.2015 itself.

3. In view of the submission made, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the present contempt petition stands closed.
