It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner on record that the petitioner has left his home long back and his whereabouts is not known, and that family members of the petitioner are also not interested in pursuing the matter and hence, sought for closure of this Writ Petition. He has submitted further that if the petitioner or someone emerges interest in pursuing this Writ Petition on behalf of the petitioner, he will be taking appropriate steps to restore the Writ Petition.
