This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the C.C.No.1441 of 2019, pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate I, Tiruchirapalli. 2.The facts of this case is covered by the reported Judgment of this Court in 2018 2 LW (Crl) 606 [Jeevanandham and others .v State Rep. by Inspector of Police and another]. Accordingly, the C.C.No.1441 of 2019, on the file of Judicial Magistrate I, Tiruchirapalli, is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
