This petition is filed to condone the delay of 985 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Ms.C.Bhuvana Sundari, the learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 985 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. It is made clear that the petitioner is not entitled for any interest for the compensation amount enhanced, if any, in the appeal.
