The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to produce the documents which are forged by the third respondent and initiate action against him under Section 428, 441 and 506 of IPC.
2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 27.06.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. Mr.A.Ansar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions from the first respondent, who is present before this Court would submit that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the first respondent has not received any complaint from the petitioner sofar.
4. Perusal of the typed set of papers would also reveal that no proof has been furnished for submitting the complaint.
