C.M.P.No.2351 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 551 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent, C.M.P.No.2354 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent and C.M.P.No.2352 of 2024 has been filed to bring the respondents 2 to 4 on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and rank them as respondents 3 to 5 in the above S.A.No.777 of 2013.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
