This petition has been filed to amend the name of the fourth respondent as Rajendiran instead of Chinnadurai in the cause title of the Second Appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that name of the fourth respondent is mistakenly mentioned as Chinnadurai instead of Rajendiran. Hence, he has filed the present petition for amendment.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is Ordered.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant is directed produce the birth certificate of the vendor of the appellant. Post the matter on 19.02.2026.

6. The registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
