Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to transfer the enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.12.2015 from the file of 2nd and 3rd respondents to the file of 4th respondent. O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.12.2015 from the file of 2nd and 3rd respondents to the file of 4th respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) would submit that the petitioner did not co-operate for investigation on the earlier direction issued by this Court. Further, he submitted that the third respondent registered FIR in Crime No.38 of 2016 against the accused person. 3.Heard, Mr.Prakash Adiapadam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Balamurugane, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and there is no representation on the side of the fourth respondent and perused the materials available on record. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage. However, the petitioner is directed to co-operate for investigation and the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.38 of 2016, pending on his file and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
