These two applications are presented by the petitioner seeking to reopen the petitioner's evidence and permit the examination of the petitioner's witness, R.Kanniammal, through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the sole respondent submits, on instructions, that he has no objection to these applications being allowed.

3. In the affidavit in support of these applications, it is stated that the petition was filed for the grant of letters of administration along with the Will. One of the attesting witnesses is dead and the age of the other attesting witness is about 81 years. The present application is filed in the said facts and circumstances.

4. Upon examining the affidavit in support of these applications and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, these applications are allowed as prayed for. Consequently, list the matter before learned Additional Master No.III on 10.02.2023 for recording evidence.
