Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the fourth respondent which culminated in the order of the impugned demand dated 31.08.2004 upon the Kurumbala Mahadevi distribution and the consequential demand of the fifth respondent dated 01.11.2004 in so far as the petitioners

Units/Service Connection Nos. 1/215, 2/213, 5/200, 10/206, & 19/199 are concerned and quash the same.

The petitioner filed this Writ Petition, to issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the fourth respondent which culminated in the order of the impugned demand dated 31.08.2004, upon the Kurumbala Mahadevi distribution and the consequential demand of the fifth respondent dated 01.11.2004, in so far as the petitioners Units/Service Connection Nos. 1/215, 2/213, 5/200, 10/206, & 19/199 are concerned and quash the same.

2. Mr.G.Vigneshwaran, learned counsel on record appearing for the petitioners reported no instructions from his clients.

3. In view of the above, it is clear that the petitioners are not interested to get along with this matter and hence, the petition is dismissed as non prosecution. No costs.
