This petition is filed to condone the delay of 168 days in filinig the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Mr.Kandasamy, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent and Mr.S.Udayakumar learned counsel takes notice for the 3rd respondent and submitted that the second and third respondents have no objection for allowing this petition.

3.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel for the 2nd and 3rd respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 168 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.

14.02.2020 vsn Note:Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order by printing the name of Mr.Kandasamy as counsel for 2nd respondent and Mr.S.Udayakumar as counsel for the 3rd respondent.
