(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed on the allegation that the third respondent, owner of the land contiguous to the land of the petitioner, is carrying on unauthorised construction. 2.The petitioner has apparently made a representation dated 12.01.2017 to respondent No.1. It is submitted that the said representation has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereof.

3.We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.1 to consider the representation dated 12.01.2017 of the petitioner, after giving the petitioner and respondent no.3 an opportunity of hearing and if necessary, take action in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of communication of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
