This petition has been filed to call for the records of the respondent herein culminating in Letter No.385 of 2009 dated 09.10.2009 and to quash the same and direct the respondent herein to register copy of the sale certificate dated 24.09.2009 issued by the Recovery Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, Chennai in Book No.1 within the time frame as may be fixed before this Court.
