ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
2. This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to step up the scale of pay of the petitioner from Rs.54100/- to Rs. 55700/- by providing annual increments dues on par with his juniors as per the Government letter (ms) No. 83, dated 06.02.2019 and prepare fresh proposal for revision of Pay and arrears of salary and pension and send the same to the 4th respondent enabling it to sanction pension, by considering the representation dated 20.01.2020.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that subsequent to filing of the present writ petition, the respondents have acceded to the request of the petitioner by granting step up payment vide proceedings dated 26.03.2022, whereby, the petitioner has been granted step up of scale of pay to Rs.55,700/-
w.e.f. 01.01.2019 as sought for in the present writ petition.
4. Learned Special Government Pleader by stating as above has placed before this Court a copy of the proceedings dated 26.03.2022 as forwarded under the cover of letter dated 08.04.2022 under the signature of the 3rd respondent.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner after verifying the copy of the said proceedings as furnished by the learned Special Government Pleader submits that the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition stands redressed on account of the aforesaid proceedings.
6. The said proceedings dated 26.03.2022 is taken on record.
7. Recording the aforesaid submission and since, during the pendency of the present writ petition, the respondents have acceded to the request of the petitioner by granting relief as sought in the present writ petition vide proceedings dated 26.03.2022, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required to be passed.
8. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
