The writ petition was listed on 08.09.2022 and there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, Registry was directed to list the writ petition on 27.09.2022 and even on that day, the learned counsel for both the parties were absent. Hence, Registry was directed to list the writ petition on 12.10.2022, under the caption, "for dismissal". Even today when the matter is called there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, it can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
