(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) None appears for the petitioner. We have heard Mr.K.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 3 and M/s.Shanmugavalli Sekar, learned standing counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 4.

2. The petitioner seeks closure of the unit run by respondent No.6 in the writ subject area.

3. The learned standing counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 4 submits that the said unit has been dismantled and is not functioning now.

In light of that, the purpose of the writ petition now does not survive. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
