Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.14775 of 2024 dated 10.06.2024 and pass such further orders.

This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for having willfully disobeyed the order passed by this Court on 10.06.2024, made in W.P.No.14775 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the records have been forwarded to the District Revenue Officer, who is the second respondent in the writ petition in W.P.No.14775 of 2024 for passing appropriate orders.

3. He would further submit that the 2nd respondent will pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate is taken on record by this Court.

In the result, this contempt petition stands closed. 18.02.2025 cda 2/5
