Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records in Memo No.13/BCDFGISSSV/2019 passed by the 2nd respondent on 21.01.2019, set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue City Babu, son of Mahadevan aged about 36 years, presently confined in the Central Prison, Puzhal-II, Chennai before this Court.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] It is represented that in compliance of the order dated 15.02.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.2484 of 2018, the detenu came out and in the interregnum, the Detention Order passed by the 2nd respondent has also been revoked by the Advisory Board and the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.733, Home, Prohibition & Excise (X) Depart, dated 27.02.2019 has also been passed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In the light of the said development, nothing remains for further adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. Consequently connected Criminal Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
