O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Ref.AAM/PERS/DISC/OPS/09/1349, dated 26.02.2009 / 27.02.2009 issued by the 1st respondent and for a consequential direction to the respondents to drop all further procedures pursuant to the charge memorandum dated 26.02.2009 / 27.02.2009.

2. This Writ Petition was listed for hearing atleast three times between 18.11.2021 and today for taking steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner. Despite granting sufficient opportunities, no steps have been taken in this regard. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
