ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order dated 18.05.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15770 of 2023 in W.M.P.No.15215 of 2023. 2.The only order passed by me on 18.05.2023, is as follows: "3.If at all the petitioner is otherwise eligible for being considered for promotion, let not the only aspect of not completing the training be put against the petitioner herein."

3.The Writ Petition is still pending. As a matter of fact, the petitioner has actually been promoted on 15.03.2024. Let the Writ Petition be decided on merits. This Contempt Petition would not lie and the same stands dismissed.
