ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120(B) of IPC, in Crime No.11 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that there are totally 5 accused and the petitioner is arrayed as A5. One Chandrasekaran had executed a power of attorney in favour of A2 and A2 had executed sale deed in favour of A3 in respect of the land belonging to the said Chandrasekaran and the petitioner had affixed the signature as witness in the said document. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5.It is seen that this Court had earlier dismissed the bail petition filed by the co-accused in Crl.O.P.No.27475 of 2019 on 16.10.2019. In view of the circumstances and no change of circumstances for grant of bail. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
