Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand only) Either through RTGS/NEFT or in cash in favour of Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerk Association, High Court Madras, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, A/c.No.484026006 IFSC.No.IDIB000M157 in Crl.O.P.No.20925 of 2020 dated 11.01.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PARTHIBAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court on 11.01.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20925 of 2020 directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerk Association, High Court, Madras.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not in a position to mobilise the said amount to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- instead of Rs.30,000/-. Two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
