..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records from the 1st respondent relating to the award dated 28.03.2005 in I.D.No.56 of 1996 and quash only that portion of the award, giving Rs.20,000/- as compensation in lieu of reinstatement and direct, the respondents 2 to 4 to reinstate the petitioner in service with full back wages, continuity of service and all other attendance service benefits.

O R D E R
The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records from the 1st respondent relating to the award dated 28.03.2005 in I.D.No.56 of 1996 and quash only that portion of the award, giving Rs.20,000/- as compensation in lieu of reinstatement and direct, the respondents 2 to 4 to reinstate the petitioner in service with full back wages, continuity of service and all other attendance service benefits.

This Court by order dated 21.09.2016 has directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to pay the batta and to comply with the other requirements of the Registry, on or before 05.10.2016 and to file proof of compliance, immediately, thereafter. Since, the said order dated 21.09.2016 was not complied with, the writ petition stood dismissed as against the respondents 2 to 4. Thereafter, the petitioner has not taken steps for making corrections or filing separate petition to restore the same.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also mentions that despite several notices sent to the respondents 2 to 4, the petitioner is unable to get in touch with the respondents.
4. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to restore the same provided the petitioner is able to get correct address of the respondents 2 to 4. The petitioner will have to file suitable petitions to set aside the other orders also. No Costs.
