This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the entire records and quash the F.I.R. Registered in Crime No.1713 of 2017 on the file of respondent-1 Police registered against the petitioner.
2. The petitioner herein has raised several grounds submitting the impugned F.I.R. This Court is of the view that all these grounds are subject matter of the investigation and this Court may not be justified in stepping into the shoes of the Investigating Officer.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the investigation is almost completed and they are at the verge of filing the charge sheet.

4. While that being so, if the petitioner is of the view that he has no involvement in the occurrence at all, it is always open for him to challenge such a charge sheet in case, if he is implicated therein.
5. In the light of the above observations, there shall be direction to the first respondent to expedite the investigation and file a charge sheet within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
