This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.23 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Sections 409, 471, 465 and 477(A) of IPC as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.23 of 2014 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.453 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore.
