2. There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the appellant shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,00,000/- (Two crores only) to the credit of O.S.A(CAD).No.84 of 2021 on the file of this Court, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the interim order shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court. On payment of such deposit, it is open to the parties to take steps to move it to an Interest bearing Fixed Deposit Scheme with any one of the Nationalized Bank, till the disposal of the appeal.

3. Post the matter after six weeks.
