Crime No.4 of 2025 ..Respondent(s) Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of BNSS to enlarge the petitioners on Anticipatory Baii in the event of the arrest in connection with the Crime. No.4 of 2025, on the file of Respondent Police. For Petitioner(s):

Mr.Balaji for Mr.S.Marreswaran For Respondent(s):

ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 420, 419, 465, 468, 471 and 506(2) of IPC in Crime No.4 of 2025, Seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Earlier on 07.01.2026, this Court in Crl.P.No.32425 of 2025 had dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner with the following observations:

"5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner claimed himself as an RBI Officer, assisted A1 and collected a sum of Rs.30 lakhs from the defacto complainant, and thereby involved in cheating and further the petitioner is having bad antecedents of two previous cases out of which one case of similar in nature registered under Section 420 of IPC offence, I am of the view that if the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail, there is likelihood that he will indulged in similar offence. Hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed."

3. Now the petitioner has preferred the second anticipatory bail without any change in circumstances, hence, I am not inclined to revisit the earlier order.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 12.02.2026 gbi To
