JUDGMENT

(delivered by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed, challenging the fair and decretal order dated 13 August 2015 rendered in I.A.No.141 of 2012 in O.P.No.2523 of 2011 on the file of the II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai. 2.With the consent of the parties, on 02 February 2016, a Division Bench of this Court, referred this matter to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

3.Today, it is reported that the dispute has been settled by Mediation Agreement dated 17 February 2016. The said Mediation Report is submitted before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Appeal. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Mediation Agreement dated 17 February 2016, annexed herewith as a part of this judgment. No costs.
