(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking to condone the delay of 858 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 10.04.2013 made in M.C.O.P.No.325 of 2007 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Additional District Judge), Ariyalur, the present petition has been filed. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that review was filed and thereafter further order was passed by the Tribunal. Therefore, the delay will have to be condoned. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that the first respondent is still suffering. Therefore, the delay may be condoned on terms.
4.Considering the submissions made, we are inclined to condone the delay on terms. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on condition http://www.judis.nic.in
