WMP No.2940 of 2022 filed seeking permission to file a single Writ Petition is ordered.

2. Ms.Keerthana Shenoi, learned Counsel on behalf of Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Counsel accepts notice for R1 and is armed with instructions to proceed with the matter finally. Hence, by consent of both the counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed finally even at the stage of admission. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The petitioners pray for a mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to consider their representation dated 02.12.2021.

4. I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition seeing as the prayer is for disposal of representation which has been filed only on 02.12.2021. Ms.Keerthana submits that the request the petitioners seeking transfer of electricity connection must be by way of an application in a proper form along with necessary enclosures.

5. Thus, this Writ Petition is merely disposed permitting the petitioner to make an application in the proper form with all enclosures as may be statutory called for and such application, if and when filed, will be considered and disposed by the respondents as expeditiously as possible.
