PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction, directing the 1st respondent to furnish the copies of 1) The Government order to initiate Disciplinary Proceedings against the petitioner and 2) The Report of the DVAC to the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2017 and 20/11/2017 respectively and consequently, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry expeditiously and within a time frame fixed.
