This Court by an Order dated 22.10.2018 directed the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Palladam, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.178 of 2017, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

Now the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Palladam has requested this Court to grant further period of one month to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings, as directed by this Court. 3.

As requested by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Palladam, time granted by this Court is extended by a period of one month from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court and the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Palladam, is directed to file a compliance report immediately after the completion of the proceedings.
