(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant parole for 15 days from 22.02.2021 to the detenu viz. Sundaram, S/o.Theepanchi, who is lodged in the Central Prison, Salem, to attend the marriage of his elder son to be held on 24.02.2021 .

2. In the opinion of this Court, parole cannot be granted while the detenu is under preventive detention under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, by way of a Miscellaneous Petition.

Hence, this C.M.P. is closed.
