ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to direct the respondents to provide a copy of the CCTV video footage recorded at the T16, Nazarathpettai Police Station on 27.12.2024 from 12.00 pm to 10.00 p.m., based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2025. 2.

While at the time of admitting the present Writ Petition, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that the CCTV video footage, which is sought for by the petitioner, is very much available with the respondents. Therefore, this Court by an order dated 10.02.2025, directed the respondents to produce the CCTV video footage before this Court. However, till today the respondents did not produce any CCTV video footage. 3.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to serve a copy of the CCTV video footage to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
