CRIME NO.54 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on Crl.MP.No. 13186 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.12575 of 2021 dated 10.12.2021 that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police CCB - II, Vepery on monthly twice on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 am until further orders and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MADHU PRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH,Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.13186 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12575 of 2021, dated 10.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the condition imposed vide order dated 10.12.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.13186 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12575 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, on 1st working day of every month at 10.00a.m. until further orders.
